Strong PM CVs show you understand the full problem space — customer research, prioritisation frameworks, stakeholder alignment — not just shipping tickets. If you led user research or defined a roadmap, say so explicitly.
Tailor for B2B vs B2C
B2B product roles care about enterprise sales cycles, integrations, and retention metrics. B2C roles look for growth, engagement, and conversion optimisation. One CV rarely serves both audiences well — adjust your emphasis for each application.
